Jiuqing Environment Launches Next-Gen FBE Technology, Redefining Corrosion Standards

After two years of continuous R&D, Jiuqing Environment has successfully launched the next generation of Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating technology. This technology optimizes the molecular structure, allowing the coating to maintain extreme hardness while possessing excellent ductility. In comparative experiments, the new coating showed extremely low corrosion diffusion rates; even if the surface is mechanically damaged, it can effectively prevent rust from spreading. More importantly, the next-gen epoxy coating solves the problem where traditional enamel coatings cannot be repaired on-site. Using specialized repair kits, engineers can quickly restore damaged areas at the construction site, greatly extending the tank's service life and reducing maintenance difficulty.
