Conventional bolted tank manufacturers produce assembled tanks using standard L1250mm×W2500mm steel panels. Breaking longstanding industry limitations, ECTANKS pioneered and applied L1500×W3000mm extra-wide steel panels tailored to various design requirements. Each panel features a 44% larger area, delivering an additional optimized option for tank design schemes.

This innovative design drastically reduces bolt joints on the tank shell, cutting bolt quantity and sealant consumption by roughly 20% each. It shortens on-site construction lead time while enhancing the overall anti-corrosion performance and structural stability of bolted tanks.
